Shake Out Day – 15th October 2015

Saturday 19th September 2015 from 12.30pm onwards there will be a river edge clean up along Port Road followed by a BBQ.

The inaugural Hutt STEMM Festival will showcase the strength and knowledge in these sectors that Hutt City is so strong in. This festival will run from 2nd – 7th June 2015. Read more here.

Scouts clean up Port Road, November 2014
The Belmont Scout group cleaned up Port Road of rubbish again this year but only collected a third of the rubbish as in 2013. Hopefully this trend will continue.

Seaview Upcycle Market
The inaugural ‘Upcycle Market’ at the public boat ramp at Seaview Marina is on Sunday 13th April 2014, 12.00pm to 4.00pm.
The plan is to run it once a month. So get into that shed and start to clean out all of the things you no longer want or need. Book a space via our FaceBook page. Load up the car and come along and have some fun selling it. Or just come along for a look. One person’s rubbish might be your treasure.

Charity Home Build & Auction
Professionals, Hutt City Limited, PlaceMakers Hutt City and Certified Builders are building a house to help support the Child Cancer Foundation.
This home will be built during the month of October and will be sold at auction on the 30th of November 2013 with the proceeds going to the Child Cancer Foundation.
